This customer agreement is between you (Customer, User of this site) and InvoTech Labs Pvt Ltd. (Site, App, We, Us) and states the terms under which you may use the Site and receive our services, including delivery of product orders.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are effective upon acceptance at registration for new users, and otherwise from 20 December 2020 for all users. By registering on the website you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use our services. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Use of the site
Purchase of the software is not free of charge. You may not bypass the registration process or access the system without buying a software licence. We do not charge any fee for browsing the website. We may, at our sole discretion, introduce new services and modify existing services, and may introduce or amend fees for new or existing services.
Non-payment
We reserve the right to issue a warning, temporarily or indefinitely suspend, or terminate your membership and refuse access in case of non-payment of fees, and to take legal action for non-payment. You shall not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the billing process or fees owed.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration, including your legal name, billing and shipping addresses and telephone number. You remain liable for any use of the service through your account until you notify us of unauthorised use, loss or theft.
Use of your email
We may send order confirmations, order status updates and further order information to the email address you provide, and you consent to such communication in accordance with applicable ‘Do Not Disturb’ guidelines.
Arbitration
Any dispute in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of this agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator, an independent and neutral third party identified by InvoTech Labs Pvt Ltd. Proceedings shall be in English.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold InvoTech Labs Pvt Ltd and its associates harmless from claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from a violation of this agreement by you or through use of your account, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
